Within a couple of days we ended up purchasing a Bullfrog Swim Spa. The delivery was seamless. We’ve had our Bullfrog hot tub for right at a month now. We wanted to have a bit of time with it prior to writing a review. We have had a tub since 2004 and really enjoy the time we spent in there almost every night. Our old tub was a very nice tub but as all of the older ones, it was wooden framed and eventually failed. The new Bullfrog is awesome in comparison to our Caldera. The jet pack set up is the way to go. Mix and match them. Chris at Time Machine Hot Tubs got us in the right tub and was super knowledgeable not only about the tubs they sell, but also about many competitors products. He wasn’t pushing a quick sale. He really wanted to make sure we were in the right tub. Jarrod, the delivery/set up guy went above and beyond as well. Thumbs up to all parties involved. Many Thanks!!!

Top notch customer service!! I bought a jacuzzi from here a couple of years ago and had an issue with the cover holder and my screen. Time machine was great about honoring the warranty and coming out to service and replace my screen. Jason has always gone above and beyond to discuss our needs and concerns about our hot tub. The shop is about an hour away and I cannot always make it to the shop in time to get supplies but someone has been there to hold it open later for us or even met us up there on their off time. Cannot say enough threat things about this place!

After calling numerous spa businesses and repair techs I reached out to Time Machine Spas. I have been speaking with Jason about our hot tub leak. Our hot tub is 6yrs old and was not purchased through this company. Jason was willing to discuss the issue and help to resolve it. He was working with me over the phone to troubleshoot the issue. After several failed attempts we had to schedule a service call. Will one of the techs came out to look at our tub. Will was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He found and fixed what we hope was the only cause of the leak . Letting things dry before filling and turning it back on. Hopefully these are no more underlying issues. Would definitely recommend these guys for your hot tub repair needs. Or if you're just looking to purchase a new hot tub. Definitely give Time Machine Spa a call. Thanks Jason and Will!

Breaker for hot tub was tripped and wouldn’t reset. Chris sent his guys out and they had me up and running first thing the next day.
